Introduction:

   The Locust Swarm is a clan mostly for players who concentrait their efforts on resource mining. With our combined efforts, we will be able to equip our members with better/cheaper harvesters, supply them with reliable information about new resource locations (and concentrations), locate many resource buyers for our members to sell their supplies to, and finally we plan to "rent" many additional building slots from other players whose characters do not use them.  We will blanket the land like a swarm of deadly locusts and consume every profitable resource!

   Most of our members will be neutral, but Imperials are also welcome. We will mostly be looking for advanced Artisans and Surveyors, but characters of other classes will also be allowed in if they can help us. Players must have a strong desire to see the beautiful landscapes of every planet scorched, broken, and littered with hundreds of mining installations as it is stripped of it's precious resources!

   In general, most Artisan-type characters tend to work alone. We completely understand that. Members may still simply go out on their own as they did before, but they will now have someone looking out for them. There is no disadvantage to having the newest locations of resource deposits, lower prices on harvesters, lists of major buyers and what they are currently looking for, and connections to "rent" additional building slots... all available to you.

   The Locust Swarm clan is still in its infant stages of development. We hope that many others share a similar desire to consume the galaxy, and that we can all take a personal interest in helping this clan grow and prosper!
